About Meditation Retreat
This Meditation Retreat app builds on the very popular meditations that I placed on YouTube. These meditations had well over a million plays and a boatload of rave reviews. Some people reported that they felt so much joy that they were brought to tears.
This app organizes the meditations in a very easy to access manner. You can play them on your phone or tablet for easy access throughout the day.
Or you can take them on a trip. However, Do not play these meditations while you are driving.
The duration of each recording appears to the right of the title. For example, 8:03 indicates that the recording length is 8 minutes and 3 seconds.
If a recording contains music, you'll see the letter M between the title and the duration.
The music is Pachelbel's Canon. David Hawkins, MD calibrated that at the level of enlightenment. In other words, it is very uplifting music and well suited to meditation.
As time progresses, this Meditation Retreat will go far beyond what is available on YouTube or my blog. I'll keep adding more meditations and explanations in future releases.
This is not work. It's fun. Please approach this with a fun attitude.

Along with control and survival, approval is one of the three basic human wants that keep us entrapped as the ego.
It's astonishing how far people will go for approval. The multi-billion dollar cosmetic industry is just one example. The clothing industry is another. The list goes on and on.
People pattern their behavior based on what they think will get approval. And yes it's common to subject ourselves to control to get approval.
The amazing thing is that it's incredibly effective to give ourselves approval. There's no need to seek it anywhere else.
This is amazingly powerful stuff.

Imagine there is a group of high level beings who have the mission of loving anyone who asks for it.
Imagine that you can call on them at any time to love you, people, and situations in your life.
Imagine that they can fill you with love.

Body Image 10:14
One of the key factors in our life experience is self-esteem our body image. How much do we accept our own bodies. Are we good enough to be ...?
Are we good enough to have ...?
Are we good enough to do ...?
This depends entirely on our own self-esteem. Although our bodies have something to do with how others treat us, the most important factor is how we view ourselves.
If we hold an image of our bodies as being messed up then we have a negative impact on our bodies as well as our self-image and self-confidence.
If we think we are our bodies, then we are building esteem for the wrong self.
We build esteem for our bodies by seeing their true perfection. The first step in doing that is accepting them the way they are. They are okay the way they are.
What affect does acceptance have on our health?
Well, first of all, let me tell you that I am no authority on health. However, many people believe that we have an energetic blueprint for our bodies. This energetic blueprint affects the condition of our bodies. The idea is that the blueprint comes first. The actual body condition comes some time later.
If you were fortunate enough to see the movie "What the Bleep", you saw microscopic pictures of water after the water was exposed to prayer, positive thoughts, and various negative emotions.
The results were astonishing!!!
The microscopic pictures of the water exposed to negative emotions and thoughts looked like a real mess. However, the pictures of the positive emotion exposed water looked like nature's works of art. They were harmonious and beautiful.
Imagine what effect emotions have on our body!!!
In a later scene, the main character looked into a mirror and dramatically exclaimed "I hate you". This normally beautiful woman looked quite unattractive.
Fortunately, the leading character had a realization. She started loving herself and painted loving art work all over her body. Her whole appearance changed. She looked beautiful again. She was happy. She accepted and loved herself.
Have you ever tried to fight off negativity?
You probably noticed that it was a never ending battle. We might temporarily succeed by placing ourselves inside a protective egg shell where all the bad stuff is outside. Our world can get smaller and smaller as we do that. Pretty soon there's nothing left but us in our shrinking eggshell watching a Mary Poppins video.
In other words, have you ever tried to get rid of something by resisting it?
What happened? Did it keep coming back? Could there be a better way?
Yes, fortunately there is a better way. We can observe something and accept it the way it is. This doesn't mean we mentally push it away by telling ourselves that we accept it.
Can we really accept something? Can we allow it to continue forever? If we really can, then happens. That something can lift off. I can't promise that you can change physical reality. But I'm not also saying that you can't.
I can tell you from experience that you can change your emotional and mental experience.
By accepting your body the way it is, you change the energetic blueprint of your body. And ...
It feels good.

Are you looking for love in all the wrong places?
Do you know how powerful it is to simply love your self? You can get benefits similar to being loved by someone else.
Actually the benefits are much better and dependable, because you're not depending on someone else for love. Loving our self tends to dissolve ego limitations.
The ego thrives on suffering. Loving yourself tends to dissolve suffering. This guided meditation can help. Why not give it a go?
Divine Essence Meditations
Divine Essence meditations help you get closer to enlightenment by practicing enlightenment like qualities. For example, you experience God's love, recognition of perfection, appreciation, quiet amazement, beauty, and others.
You've probably read descriptions of enlightenment experiences. You can pave the way by going directly for the experiences. Although this might be a bit like treating effects rather than the cause, it's a major step in the right direction. It points the way by helping you feel Divine qualities. It relaxes you and helps you feel really good.
As defined here, Divine Essence meditation involves keeping your eyes open, softening your focus, and being aware of the space around you. Then you imagine the space, and everything in it, as being filled with some Divine Quality.
This helps you dip your toe into a feeling of enlightenment. With repeated practice this experience can become stronger and longer lasting.
This also helps you calm your thinking. It helps you extract yourself from problems. It helps you disidentify with the body.
We tend to get into self-doubt if we're expected to simply enter some specific state. We might think we can't do it yet. That's why these meditations invite you to use your imagination. For example, imagine that the space is filled with God's love. You don't have to question yourself about whether or not it's actually happening. After all, you're just using your imagination. Right?
The process we use here is totally different from the space meditation where you're supposed to focus on the space, or gap, between thoughts. That is humanly impossible and could invite someone to invalidate themselves or their abilities.
The recorded meditations help you repeatedly return your focus to the process. With practice you can be in this state all the time.
Truth - Imagine That
It's been said that what we see is the world of illusion. Great spiritual teachers have said that the Real Truth lies behind a veil of illusion.
The sages have said that everything is perfect the way it is. That's the Real Truth. All is immensely beautiful. All radiates its' inner splendor.
You might say "Yeah, but I just spent an hour on the freeway. What can I do about it?"
You can use your imagination. Relax, soften your focus and put your attention on the entire space as best you can. Imagine that everything is perfect the way it is.
You can do this for a minute. Or you can do it every waking moment.
When you're just starting this exercise, please don't do it while you're driving. After some practice, you can also do it while you drive.
This practice produces an instant change in the way you see Life. It feels amazingly good. You can do this exercise frequently throughout the day.
Try it. You'll love it! It can bring you to bliss, peace, and possibly beyond.
Does the world need saving? Do people need fixing to correct their erroneous beliefs and behaviors?
Is all that burden on your shoulders?
That can get to be really overwhelming. It's exhausting.
Would you like some instant relief?
The sages tell us that in Truth everything is really perfect the way it is. Perfection is a quality of Divine Essence.
Perhaps we can see things as already perfect the way they are.
But how do you that? You can use your imagination. This guided meditation will help.
Relationships Perfection 6:07
The image we hold of others has a lot do with how we experience relationships with others.
We can start by seeing the perfection of our current image of the other person. This releases any guilt or resistance we might have to the image we're holding. Then we can let go of any negative image we're holding of the other person.
Eventually we see ourselves and the other person as perfect the way we are.
Don'tbe surprised if your relationship suddenly improves.
At the very least You'll feel better.

We are surrounded with God's Love. It permeates every cell of out bodies. When we tune into It, we experience life in a totally different way.
